RSVP is open for Will Call pickup and return 6 days a week. Our Will Call department is open during regular business hours. Our Will Call attendants will have all of your items and paperwork ready for you when you arrive. You can generally pick up items the day before your event and return the next business day at no extra cost.
RSVP offers delivery service throughout the Las Vegas Valley and beyond. Standard, Round Trip, Ground Level Delivery and Pickup is available for as little as $100. Please note that depending on the time of year, certain order minimums may apply to be eligible for Delivery. Premium delivery options, including smaller time windows, after hours pickups, above ground level deliveries, or special venue deliveries are available at an additional cost. When we deliver to a home or other venue, we generally drop off the items in a convenient area, such as a backyard patio. Items should be broken down and placed back in that same spot before pickup to avoid additional charges.
Some of our items including Tents, Stage, Dance Floor, Wedding Arches and other select products, include free Set Up. Other items such as Folding Tables, Chairs and Linens, do not. If you wish to have our staff set up and or strike, please ask your event consultant for a quote. Please note that these services must be arranged when you place your order.
